Fell down stairs

I fell down a flight of stairs after slipping on ice. I was having abdominal and back cramping all day. I got sick twice in the same day and hour. An hour or so after I fell and landed on my back after the fall started to bleed from my vag. What do y'all think could of happend. I am not ready to start my cycle so am not sure what could be happening. If anyone could help me out it would be great thanks.
