Adjusting period/ovulation times?

So I’m trying to track my ovulation. Glow has it at a set 28 days but I’m starting to see more of a 33-35 day cycle. I put it into glow and it said that it wouldn’t adjust until my next cycle if that sounds right?? Just trying to figure out when I’m ovulating. I check my mucus and I’m thinking about getting some ovulation strips. Any suggestions?

You can change your average length, but like it said it will adjust with cycles. It’s goes off your “average”, if you want to track ovulation you need to use opks and temp. Cervical mucus does not determine ovulation only if it’s fertile or non fertile.

The more data you input, the more accurate the prediction will be on Glow. It took me a couple months to figure out what my “regular” cycle was after being on birth control for a long time... I also suggest the ovulation strip tests- that helps me track my ovulation and also creates a more accurate prediction when I input that data. Hope that helps!
