WHAT IS THIS??

Question

For reference, I was diagnosed with PCOS and have since started birth control. I’ve been bleeding for almost two weeks straight now 
(yay☹️) and this came out twice today. It’s VERY THICK AND STICKY. is this uterine lining?? My period was very irregular 3 months ago and I wasn’t really having my periods which is why I went to the gyno. Idk if that helps.

Looks like uterine lining to me. I’ve had this before. My GP said nothing to really worry about.

PCOS can cause the uterine lining to build up thicker than normally would, especially since your periods had been irregular before starting birth control the lining may have not been shedding properly. It looks like clots of uterine lining to me. Just an FYI though, birth control only masks conditions like PCOS, they don’t treat the problem by assisting ovulation or having a regular cycle and can even make it more difficult TTC after coming off it.
