In 3 weeks I go back to work 😭 baby is EBF with no pumping! I had a hard time finding the time to pump and now that I have to go back to work I will have to switch to formula. But he hates it )= he hates the taste... I tried to pump tonight and couldn’t even get an ounce with both boobs. I need to at least get enough to be able to mix with formula to see if it helps with switching. I don’t know what else to do if he refuses to switch. I just wanna cry.

Any tips on how to get my milk supply back up enough to get enough supple to atleast switch to formula?
