Cramping + tightening in stomach, what’s happening to me??

I’m 30 weeks pregnant and this is my first baby so everything is new to me and makes zero sense. Last night my abdomen felt really tight and it felt like my baby was moving against the top of my belly near my ribs almost like he was going to poke out through my skin, it was such an uncomfortable feeling that kept me awake all night.

Tonight i felt a similar sensation about 30minutes ago and then it stopped and was replaced by pain in my right abdomen which i think is just round ligament pain but after a few minutes i also started feeling the tightness coming back as well as a numb/cramping sensation on the left side of my uterus area and i have no idea what it is.

Has anyone felt anything similar during their pregnancy and knows what’s causing this pain?

i have no fluid leak nor any signs of bleeding so i’m not worried about it being labour pains. Atleast I hope not anyways.
