Jogging on the spot for constipation!
So I'm 8 weeks 4 days pregnant with my first and I've always struggled on and off with constipation before being pregnant, however this is just beyond a joke! This morning I just broke down and cried as I couldn't go! Then I thought ok I'm going to do some jogging on the spot but high legs instead of normal, I only did it for a couple of mins just long enough to raise my heart rate, then not 15 mins later I was able to go to the loo thank goodness! Just thought I'd share in case it helps any other mummies out there ❤️
