Tricks to get baby to move ??

😩 im so use to my baby kicks but since yesterday I haven’t felt him move and it’s really weird to me ( this has happened once before) but I’m starting to get nervous, I hate calling the doctors office because they tell me it’s not likely to feel movement ( blah blah ) I’ve been feeling my baby since I was 17 weeks! Currently 22 weeks 💙

Hey everyone , I delivered my sweet baby boy at 4:15 today 💙 I am not ok but I will be ok , I just want to tell everyone to always listen to your body and don’t take a nurse advice or let them tell you what you feel or don’t feel. 
I’m not trying to make anyone sad just appreciate everyone for all the comments.

Drink some juice and then lay down. 
If it’s been a full day though I would definitely call your doctor. Never hesitate to bother them, that’s what they’re there for. If you want to be checked out they will almost always have you come in, they trust your intuition and would rather err on the side of caution to keep you and the baby safe. And if not they can at least give you some reassurance.

I panic too when he stops moving. He usually moves more when I lie down and not think about it or when I’m in a bath x

I've been told to take a warm bath and splash water on your belly and you'll feel baby move. Also, some sweets like candy that can help baby move. I sometimes have a chocolate Hershey bar lol. Another thing I saw a video of a woman who had a few children and she had noticed that when she was in the third trimester she had put a cold drink can or water bottle if the baby moved to her side or if it bothered her to the stomach. Then, baby would move away to a more comfortable spot. Idk I haven't tried this yet cuz I'm working on my 6 months right now and baby does love but not as much right now. Hope this helps!!

I was feeling mine since 18 weeks but she’s been less active this week. I’m 21 weeks now. It’s totally normal for it to be inconsistent at this stage. Just relax as much as possible. It’ll start back up soon before you know it.

This literally just happened to me about two days ago. I’m almost 23 weeks and I have been feeling her daily for weeks. I didn’t feel her for over two days so I called and they had me go in. Turns out she was just being lazy. But if you’re worried, I’d call.

My baby goes through spurts of activity all day and night. Early she was very still and then I ate a little piece of brownie and after that she was karate chopping the hell out of me, my husband was touching my belly and was like “oh my god she is going crazy in there!” I also notice her move if I lay on my side. She definitely likes to bust a move after a meal tho.

Drink cold juice or water, lay on your side, make sure it’s quiet where you are. Give it an hour.
