Possible Twins?!

I went for my first ultrasound this afternoon. The doctor did an internal ultrasound. She said I am earlier along than she thought. I should be 8w2d from LMP. She couldn’t say anything definite but she did say she thought she saw a flicker of a heartbeat and possibly 2 sacs! I’m going to maternal fetal medicine tomorrow to get a better ultrasound and more information. Hoping for good news.

Anyone that is having or has had twins did your early ultrasounds look similar? Would love to hear your input/experience!
