They’ll likely know you went to an appt and had lab work done, because those claims will be filed with insurance. They won’t know what the labs were for unless they call and ask, which they can do if you’re under 18.

When you go in-person, you can say you don’t want the visit to be billed to your insurance. You’ll just have to pay for the visit though.
