Anyone else have a Constipated 5m old 😩😫😢

My baby has been exclusively breastfeed since birth. We have recently started to try gerber and juice. Today will be her 5th day without being able to poop!! Any suggestions? Anyone else gone through the same thing? She has an appointment with the pediatrician later on today. But any advice is needed right now. Thanks 🙏🏼
