Breast Milk help desperately needed ☹️
I am six weeks postpartum, and pump (baby has had a lot of trouble with latching). I was an oversupplier and had a great stash going in my freezer at first. Now? I feel like I’m almost dried up.
My son eats 4 ounces at a time. I pump about 1-1.5 ounces at a time. So around 3-4 pumping sessions to give him a single bottle... he’s mostly on formula at this point. I just mix in breast milk or save the breast milk for his last couple bottles of the day.
I’ve tried everything that I can think of:
Increasing the number of pumping sessions
Increasing length of sessions (from 15 minutes to 25-30 minutes)
Drinking more water
Consuming more calories
Coconut water
Body Armor
Oatmeal
Gatorade
Milky Mama Dairy Duchess supplement
Milky Mama emergency brownies
Massaging breasts while pumping
I’m really discouraged and ready to give up at this point. I try to remember even a little breast milk is better than none, but I’m so disappointed.
Any advice or tips?

This is from my pumping session a few minuted ago. About 22 minutes on the pump for 3/4 ounce.
