FTM anxiety.
Does it go away?? My baby is finally sleeping through the night but ONLY if we stick to his schedule religiously. Any deviations and I’m in hell all night long. He’s a year old. My sitter just messaged me and said he won’t go down for his nap and I’m so stressed thinking about how our night will go I just want to cry!!!
