Hi all: about 6 weeks off of the pill. Last Thursday I began what I assume is my first period/bleed. Lots of that old uterine lining/blood. It comes sporadically throughout the day, but has been consistent for the past 7 days. Lots of cramping. No real “flow”, just spot bleeding. I’m curious if others have had this experience and when I need to call my gyno...I’m not too worried because I know it’s my first bloodshed after 4 years of lo-estrin, but would love input if you have any!
