Femara/letrozole success stories?!

Needing some encouragement! We just started our first round of Femara (letrozole) and I did my trigger shot last Sunday! Anyone have any infertility success stories with Femara/Ovidrel Trigger?! I’d love to hear them! Been trying for baby #2 for 14 months, miscarried in September - now finally getting help through a specialist! Thanks in advance! 🧡

I did clomid 6 months- got pregnant once and had a boy 💙. I did letrozole twice and got pregnant both times- miscarried once and now preg and hoping it sticks 🤞🏼

I took femara days 3-7 of my cycle and triggered 36 hours before insemination.  
Took 3 rounds of IUI to get pregnant , (well my second was an ectopic). 
My son will be almost 2
