Could I be leaking amniotic fluid?

I’m worried I might be leaking amniotic fluid because my underwear is constantly wet, but I never feel when anything is leaking out. I will go to the bathroom, and my pee is practically clear in the toilet, but when I wipe it’s a very vibrant yellow color in the toilet paper. I also just had a UTI which I’ve heard could cause premature rupture of the sac. I’m a first time mom so it could be just a thought, but what are other obvious signs it might be fluid? I’m 37w2d by the way.
