Transformation 🙌🏼
I’m a personal trainer of over 10 years. The left photo was during a time of divorce, changes to life, moving out and moving on. I ate ice cream almost every night! I wasn’t following a macro nutrient meal plan and I was exercising the basics. I realize the left isn’t horrible but it wasn’t ME! I wanted to be better and I knew I could be. The right is 3 years later, legs 3x a week, focused nutrition and following a meal plan for me. I downloaded this app so I can track my cycle because it can get wonky. I have severe PMS symptoms (bloat mostly) and I’m curious to know where I’m at daily. I have the nexplanon in my arm too. This is my 2nd one, I will get it replaced again in March.
