Diet n exercise

I know its not a good excuse but I have an extremely busy shedule 11 to 12 hour days Monday through Friday n 8 hours on Saturdays. I try to force my self to eat more than once a day but I keep catching myself forgetting. Does anyone have pointers on on how to squeeze exercise and meal prep into ur life style im trying to make my house happy and healthy n I know I need to fallow through with it to
