Weight loss stopped?
Hello I’m 15 years old, and I’ve been trying to lose weight these past months. I started at 210 and I’m currently at 192 but the weight loss has seemed to stop. I’ve done several things while trying to lose the weight but I’ve mainly just done a calorie deficit by eating less and watching what I eat plus drink a ton of water + intermittent fasting. But recently this week my weight seems to stay the same. I don’t eat that much so I usually lose 2/3 pounds a week since I weight before(morning) and after eating(night) I’ve noticed before I eat I’m around 192, after I eat I’m 193 then right before bed it goes back down to 192 and it’s the same that morning. I just started my cycle for this month so I was thinking that might be why? But I’m not sure please help, thanks!
EDIT: I’m 5’1 most of my weight is in my thighs though. I wear a size medium in shirts and 12-14 in pants. My waist measurement is around 34 and my hips are around 42/44
