Syeda Birth Control

What is y’all’s experience with Syeda? I was on Lessing but have been experiencing really bad acne but other than that no issues. I was just prescribe Yaz/Ocella but for some reason the pharmacy gave me Syeda. I guess it the generic Brand idk. I start taking it tomorrow. But I was reading the pamphlet that came with it and all the side effects sound horrible and now I’m scared to take it. It says it may cause irregular bleeding and like weight gain but I never experienced that on my last birth control or any other side effects other than acne and that’s why my doctor switched me but now I’m kinda freaking out. I know all people react differently to different birth controls but I’m just kinda hoping if i didn’t experience those on my last one I wanna hope that it doesn’t happen with this one
