Should I ask for extra pay?

I recently got a part time job and my boss and I agreed on 5 hours a week. Lately, I have been working at least 7+ hours per week, way more than 5. 
Do you think it would be reasonable to ask for more pay? I don’t want to come off as pushy or demanding, but what are your thoughts on this?
Edit: thanks for everyone’s input, I decided against it and discuss it with my boss again if I reach more hours. I get paid 5 hours per week for my basic responsibilities but my boss has been asking me to take on bigger projects that can be time consuming.

If u are paid hourly, then obviously No u wouldn’t ask for more pay. If ur getting paid weekly at a rate that is meant to be for Only 5 hours, then yes u should be compensated for the extra time. But let’s get real, 7 hours isn’t exactly “way more” than 5 hours.

If you’re getting paid hourly, no. If it’s a flat rate and you’re working more than the agreed upon hours, yes.

Do you get a fixed sum every day? Like regardless of hours? Then yes, I would discuss.
But if you have an hourly rate and get paid for all the hours you do, no, I would  not ask for more but I would discuss the hours, because you agreed upon five, why are you having to do more.

If you are paid salary the idea is that you get guaranteed pay no matter how much or little you work. So how I would approach the situation is to ask is 7.5 hours standard for the season, week, or year? Then talk to your supervisor how you would like to reassess your pay as your responsibilities are more then what was agreed about being standard. I would also ask if it has to do with training and if you become more efficient at your role will you be able to complete it in less time. All of these are factors. Best wishes.
