My husband has non obstructive azoospermia, genetics all came back normal. Testosterone normal. FSH HIGH (14)
From what I’ve read that means he has about 50% chance of finding sperm.
Anyone have experience with microTESE and have any advice regarding the surgery?
Did you try and coordinate your egg retrieval with the microTese?
