Am I being harrased or is it just me ?

I work an hour from home

I do not drive I rely on my furnace who also works to bring me to and from work

This is a shift manager who knows I rely on him to get to and from work

And who died I was close with but in that moment I was trying to get my daughter ready to leave for work

I'm not a terrible employee I know this because my boss will not let me leave she refuses to accept my 2 weeks notice and refuses to let me transfer to a closer store

Oh and I'm sorry I forgot to add

She has threatened to kill me to stab me and to slit my throat but nothing has been done besides putting me on a different shift which then makes it difficult to get to work or find child care because no one wants to watch a baby till 4 am
