Fertility drug side effects?

Question

I’m currently taking progesterone, clomid, and metformin. 
Has anyone else experienced swollen glands in the neck while taking these?
Mine are currently swollen near my jaw/ ear on one side. It could be a coincidence, yes, but I’ve read conflicting info. I’ll be discussing it with my doctor soon.

I have taken all 3 before and don't remember having any issues. Hopefully its nothing from the medication.

I have taken all three for multiples cycles and never had this. I don’t think it’s related
