i think i'm pregnant?

my period has been late every month by the same amount of days. this month i started a day or two after i was supposed to. it last two days and there was only blood when i wiped. my boobs hurt and my nipples are super sensitive. i've had a fair positive but haven't been able to test. other than my boobs i feel fine. i get nauseous now and then but not often. my lower abdomen has a spot that's a little hard than normal. i just need advice. i'm probably not pregnant but i dont know what's going on. please be nice. also i had the faint positive this month but my bf and i have not had sex this month at all. last time we had sex was before my last period.
