Carpal tunnel :(

I didn't even realize you could get this while pregnant until the doctor diagnosed me. I'm currently preggo with #3 and sometimes I wake up at night in so much pain I have to go get ice packs. It feels like I've had been in a slap fight with the backs of my hands! I sleep with splints now, but even those are painful. Any tricks of the trade you have found that have helped?
