Do you have a king or queen bed?

We need a new mattress. Trying to decide if we move up to a king bed or stay at a queen. We are tight on a queen sometimes especially lately with my pregnancy pillow or when our dogs decide to jump in bed. Trying to think future of kids possibly sleeping with us at times and just what is smart since what we decide now will last many many years. If you have a king bed is it worth it? If you have a queen bed do you ever feel cramped? We have the money to spend but we are trying to decide if it is worth it.
