Need someone to express to

Okay I don't wanna make those "omg am I pregnant???" posts because I know you guys couldn't tell me. But I was wondering if the birth control mini pill will affect the accuracy of a pregnancy test? I think I may be pregnant. I had a super light 2 day period for my last one (usually a very heavy 7-8 day period), and lately I've been SUPER nauseous 24/7 and have had really bad heartburn. I know the chances aren't super high that I am but I want to take one just in case because I have a gut feeling. Will the pill affect the test or could you guys share experience with pregnancy scares on the pill or actual pregnancies while on it?
