Is your baby in a swaddle?

So i have my daughter in one of those Velcro sleep Swaddle and she doesn’t seem to mind it. I just found using a Muslim blanket was a pain to keep re wrapping her all the time... wondering how long she should be Swaddled for? I

You can swaddle until she can roll from back to front, then switch to a sleep sack! We use the swaddle at night and just a blanket during the day so he gets used to day and night sleep.

Using a velcro swaddle and sometimes cloth. Using it with the the baby's arms down helped mitigate the witching hour for us. Basically can keep swaddling until they roll, by then there is a risk of them smothering themselves if wrapped up like a burrito. I swaddle my baby only during the night for sleep.

My son hates to have his arms pinned down so we ditched the swaddle and put him in a onesie in a thin fleece zipadee zip, which is like a sleep sack with closed sleeves so he looks like a lil starfish haha. He likes that much better

We used the Velcro swaddles with our first but our newest LO prefers a sleep sac. We only use at nighttime and take her out for feedings. The babies really like the tightness of the swaddle and helps that they can’t startle themselves awake.
