SMEP?
Hello ladies, just a curious question. How have you ladies gone with the SMEP "sperm meets egg plan"? I'm on my 4th month of ttc (still early days yet) and was considering following the plan for this month for something new. Any success with it? I do understand that your body is gonna concieve when it wants and that yours chances are just as likely as 2 BD or 10 BD as long as it covers Oday. Any advice would be great! Thanks! 😊😊
