Am I pregnant? Can I test yet?

Hey guys so I've had unprotected sex all month! But this week I've been feeling really nauseous but not getting sick... I feel very bloated... My boobs are huge and they feel heavy ✨... I'm so emotional! Really tired all the time and I'm really badly constipated

I know your all not doctors but does this sound like pregnancy, my periods are irregular so I don't know when to test? And if I do test would it be to soon!
