Lightning crotch? Braxton Hicks?

Question

So I read lightning crotch is a sign of baby getting into your pelvic area for birth, but birth can still be a couple weeks to a month out. I’ve been having Braxton Hicks since I was 20 weeks lol, but this lightning crotch just started and oh lord does it hurt 😭 even when I’m laying down. Anyone else experiencing this? I never had this happen with my other kids until I hit around 35 weeks. I’m 31 right now.

I had them with my firstborn. Hurt sooo bad😭
I am 33 weeks with my 2nd and haven't had any so far but then again this baby seems to be not head down yet😪...

Ive had it since 30 weeks I'm now 33. I don't think it's a sign labour is only a couple of weeks away. Find it gets worse if he stretches out and his head puts pressure on my cervix. OUCH.
