Do you get heart palpations/chest pain when anxious?

I ended up in the hospital today thinking I was having a heart attack. They ran a bunch of tests but linked it to anxiety because I was reading off the charts for it, and everything else was normal. Does anyone else experience this? I just feel alone and confused. Like fuck idk what I am even anxious about anymore

I have horrible anxiety and panic attacks every other day if not every day. Sometimes it’s mild anxiety attacks, but other times it’s full blown panic attacks.
I start to shake, tremble, my breathing gets crazy, my heart feels full. It’s horrible.
Earlier this week I went to the doctors because I was having horrible chest pain. So bad I swore it was a heart attack, and ended up going to urgent care. 
It was coming on and off and the thought of me having a heart attack made my anxiety 100 times worse. 
They did the EKG and said everything was normal although my blood pressure was low(not sure what that could be caused by) and they said I had costrochondritis. (For sure butchered the spelling) that’s basically inflammation of your rib skin from your septum, which can feel like a heart attack.
When I googled though it said it should last days to weeks and my chest pain was fully gone by the end of the night (about 8 hours of anxiety causing chest pain) so I presume it was my anxiety.
Only thing that sucks for me is half the time I’m not “feeling” anxious so I’m like wtf. But at the same time I KNOW I have anxiety so I just try not to focus too much on the scary stuff.
Well get through this anxiety can be defeated!!!

Was it a panic attack because people who are having a panic attack usually think it’s a heart attack and are dying and go to the hospital (even though they don’t need to).

I get heart palpitations! I’ve asked the doctor about them several times and they just say they’re harmless and causes by anxiety. So annoying though! They used to make me super anxious but now they don’t bother me as much.

This would happen to me all the time. It got really bad sometimes because I didn’t realize that caffeine can cause your anxiety to go out of control. It would make my chest super tight and I would shake too. I was always told it was in my head, but anxiety can manifest physically as well

First time I had panic attack I was hiking. My parents took me to the hospital and I was referred to a cardiologist. Got bunch of tests done. That’s how we find out  I was physically healthy and it was panic attacks. Same with my anxiety.
