Help???

Okay so I’m 3 weeks pp, and also tmi sorry but idk if I have an anal fissure or a hemorrhoid, I see an external hemorrhoid but when I pass a stool it feels really sharp and burns right after and makes me scared to go to the restroom 😭😭can anyone tell me what I might have or what can I do??😭

Like surre said make an appointment get stool softeners and tucks they helped me the most. I also was scared to go after because of the pain but that actually causes those muscles to be tense making it worse so try to just relax and dont hold it just go.

Make an appointment to check it out! Try tucks pads after a bowel movement! Also take a daily stool softener, just to make it easier to use the bathroom!
