Round ligament pain?

I keep getting this nagging muscle tightening feeling even a sharp pinch in my lower right abdomen. Makes me want to stretch or change positions. Is this round ligament pain? I’m 10w 5d. Only on one side and it comes and goes. Sometimes the pinching is very noticeable.

Yep! Same here. All that growing and stretching. 
My last pregnancy I found a chiropractor who specialized in pregnancy and every visit she massaged and worked the kinks out of the routine ligament- it was amazing! I’ll be starting that up again soon lol.

I get it a lot on my right side but from time to time I also get it on my left side. They told me it's 100% normal.

I have it too. I didn't have it this early with my daughter, but I'm thinking that because this is my second pregnancy my body is ready for all the changes.
