Flooded pregnancy test?

I tested this morning using my fmu although there is a obvious line I think it may be false and possibly flooded the test, it didn’t run across the testing area properly the test line was there but the control line was patchy.... after 2-3 mins I checked again and it had settled has anyone had this and it been a false positive where the the test didn’t run properly thank you x
