I am getting so overwhelmed by everything that I read online. Why do female bodies have to be so complicated AND different?

I don’t have a picture but I’m wondering if anyone’s ever had gooey, bloody/brownish discharge after ovulation. (And very slightly spotting.) Is it just from sex? I’m dry as a bone now.

I’m so confused. I’m new at this. And I just want a baby so bad. 😭🥺
