One-sides Pelvic Pain!
Started having one-sided pelvic pain Shnday night but figured it was round ligament pain so I went to bed. Woke up the next morning and it was there and strong.
I work at a hospital, so I went to work to find a doctor. If I didn't I would've called my doctors office when it opened. Lucky me found my OB in the hallway! She examined me and the baby was fine (THANK GOD) with no sign of impending miscarriage. I'm 16 weeks.
She said it might be a UTI, so I did some tests, and was given meds to stop the cramping (they come almost like one sided contractions), antibiotics and a vaginal cream. I'm on bed rest for the week because she's taking no chances!
SO relieved that Baby Bear is ok! I was an emotional wreck until I heard that heartbeat strong! Anyone else had a similar experience?
