Lower back pain

Last week I was in L&D for some bad lower back pain on my right side. They sent me home and told me to take Tylenol and to finish my antibiotic for a UTI. I finished my antibiotics on Wednesday and the Tylenol worked. But today I've been the same lower back pain all throughout the night. I've tried drinking lots of water, switching positions, and extra strength Tylenol. Nothing is making this crampy pain in my back go away. Hopefully this is the start of labor for me. I'm gonna call my doctor's office as soon as I wake up. Until then, I'll be up waiting because I can't sleep through the pain 😩.
