Finally a positive opk! Now when do we BD?

So I finally got my positive opk!

Now my question is, if we had sex the 25th, tonight and probably Saturday night do we have a decent chance? We don't like to do it everyday. Last time we were trying to get pregnant it was more like a job and we don't want to do that again but in the breath I don't want to miss a chance. Any advice is appreciated!
