Thoughts?

I got a call from the doctors office today and my HCG levels are only 34 (from Wednesday) they wanted me to go get more labs today but I didn't get the call until 3 this afternoon and we were at familys doing thanksgiving so I didn't make it. The picture on the right is from Wednesday morning and the picture on the left is from just now. I went pee an hour before taking the 2nd test too so I know there wasn't much to go on and it still came up almost as dark as my test from 2 days ago. I also started feeling nauseous this morning (first time since I found out I was pregnant) so with everything together I'd say there's a good chance that my HCG is rising, but wanted to get some thoughts. What do you think? If the lab isn't open tomorrow I have to wait until Monday to get labs done again so I'm just testing to see if tests are getting darker or lighter until I can make it to the lab. I had a miscarriage in January of this year so kind of worried its going to happen again.
