Should I wait to buy more stuff for baby till after my baby shower?

So I have all the big stuff already but I’ve been buying a lot of little stuff and feel like I’m going overboard. I also have already had stuff gifted to me so I have multiples of bassinets and baby loungers now. So I have been splurging and getting a lot of little stuff for baby girl but I don’t know if I should stop till my baby shower which is in 9 weeks or keep looking for stuff?

You can definitely buy as much you would like but it just seems like since you have a lot why not wait? Having a baby shower won’t be as fun if you have everything
