How’s Everyone Sleeping?

35w4d here and sleep suuuucks. I try to sleep on my left as much as possible but it hurts so bad. Sleeping on right is most tolerable position but I still can only be in that position for a short period of time. And switching positions hurts so bad!!! I take Unisom or Benadryl every night. How’s everyone else sleeping at night?

I sleep pretty good still I just have to switch sides pretty often because my hips start to hurt

Sleep is no where in sight 😂😂😂😂. I sleep in my recliner and only get about 3 hours of sleep then I wake up and all I want to do is clean and will be up till about 12 or 1 pm and will take a nap when my 3 year old takes a nap

My back is still the best way I sleep. I just make sure that my shoulders are slightly elevated. She’s so high up that twice this week I’ve actually spent some of the night sleeping sitting up in the hopes that gravity will move her a little bit. But I also get up to pee at least 4 times a night. One of my friends asked me what I’m most excited for when she gets here and my answer was sleeping on my stomach

I’ve just had to accept the fact that sleeping is HARD. I’m constantly flipping over to change positions. I don’t even lay down when I’m relaxing because it’s too hard for me to get off the bed, so I just sit on the edge of my bed unless I know I’m going to sleep. I have a wedge pillow I put under my belly that helps a bit, and putting a rolled up blanket or pillow between my legs kind of helps too. I’m 38w though so I’m officially at the point of only sleeping half hour at a time at night. 😩

I’m the same way. 35 weeks 4 days, and I take unisom at night too. I’m constantly tossing and turning and it seems when I finally get comfortable I have to go pee. I’m lucky to get 5 hours of sleep in 24 hours. I don’t get to nap during the day because I have a 4 & 5 year old that doesn’t nap anymore.
