Green discharge is never a good sign, but if it looks like it’s tinted yellow when you wipe after going to pee, it’s most likely due to some urine “mixing” with discharge when you wipe. 
Drink plenty of water. If your urine is clear or almost clear, you shouldn’t have yellow discharge on the toilet paper. If you still do, you might have an infection.
