Trying to convince

I have one health 2 year old girl. When she was 8 months old I found out I was pregnant. I started bleeding really bad . I got sent to the er and got told i was more than like miscarrying .now me and my bf have been together for almost a year and I have now added to more babies in heaven . What are thing u did to help u convince and so many miscarriage
