Hi everyone! I am new here. I got off birth control on 10/17 and didn’t get my period until 11/23 - I was a bit sad because I was thinking maybe I was pregnant but i kept getting negative tests. I was trying so hard not to get my hopes up as I was on birth control for a long time and didn’t get periods. I am happy I got my period though so now I can track things better! This month I’m tracking everyday and doing what I can. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers! Any ideas and suggestions or encouraging/positive vibes are always welcome!
