Constipation??

TMI, but I have had some bad constipation. I know it’s from dehydration because water makes me so nauseous. I’ve taken 2 stool softeners with no luck. Anyone else going through this? Any suggestions?? 😣

Maybe hydrate with fruit added to your water.  Or try coconut water or Gatorade.  Stool softeners and laxatives pull moisture from your cells to soften poo.  So being dehydrated and taxing a laxative won’t do you much good.

Try taking magnesium and adding dried fruits & dark green veg to your diet. Eating dried mango helped me with my first pregnancy.

Milk of magnesia works wonders. I don’t know why more people don’t know about it. It’s also very gentle
