Plus size

Ladies please help. So I’m plus size already. At the beginning of this year I lost 50 pounds and was starting to feel good about myself. Especially after already having a baby and a major surgery the year before. I still was 200 - 210 lbs. but like I said feeling better getting motivated.

I’m really struggling with gaining weight this pregnancy. I’ve gained about 20 lbs and it’s so depressing to me. I find myself constantly thinking of how to lose the weight after the baby is born. I am going on daily walks. Crazy workouts aren’t possible for me physically. And my daily walks are becoming extremely difficult. I am not the type of person who eats crazy unhealthy. I’ve always been bigger. I don’t eat fast food, soda, sweets, or a big snacker. I eat three normal sized meals a day. I joke that I gain weight just looking at a French fry!

I’m looking for advice on how to either, maintain my weight better, or have a more positive mindset. I’m thankful and happy for this pregnancy but I’m struggling to even look in the mirror at this point.
