Confirm ovulation?

Question

Does this confirm ovulation? Had a temperature dip yesterday CD 17 and had a positive OPK on CD 16. Today my temp show up!

Not quite. You can't confirm ovulation with bbt until 3 days after it's occurred since bbt looks for 3 temperatures that that are higher than the last 6. When ovulation has been confirmed Glow will put a solid horizontal line on your chart that shows your cover line. However, some times your temperatures may be a little questionable so it will try to best guess when ovulation took place but will give you a dotted horizonantal line to let you know that.

You need 3 higher than average temps to confirm. 
What I would do is take all your temps, write them down and put them into the app fertility friend
