Hey everyone - I’m thinking of buying the AVA bracelet but it’s a lot of money, I just wondered what your experiences are with the BBT tracking side of things?

I track my BBT manually at the moment and the only month where it all seemed perfect was the month I got pregnant after a LONG time trying, I miscarried so ttc again and now my sleep pattern is so erratic I can’t get accurate readings to see when I ovulate etc as I’m taking at different times in the early hours or my sleep is disturbed etc so I have moved around too much, I am using progesterone so it’s really important to be confirm ovulation. I use OPKS but they obviously don’t tell me that I’ve definitely ovulated. I just so want to get pregnant again - each cycle of negatives again is devastating and I know getting accurate temps helped so much before

Would you say it’s worth the money for the bbt aspect? Is it more accurate than a manual thermometer?
