Dilated to a 1! Need help!
Yesterday I had my cervical cerclage removed and the doctor said I'm dilated to a 1 and 50% effaced. I was taken off pelvic rest and was told to do what I could to go into labor naturally because they will have to induce me at 39 weeks..I'm 37 weeks and 2 days!
Any tips on inducing labor? I know things like sex and walking help..but I'm already doing those..I'm just really don't want to have to be induced:/
